if doctors doest Help Or You write the thing to swan in hospital You pay 500

You Should Add germs So If you Get alot of germs You be Sick + Your health well go less and the more Germs you have the more faster your health goes down
And If you want to stop it come to Hospital Or Buy paracetamol AT 24/7 To make it slower

They can get germs by driving other peoples Car
